OUR SERVICE
We have been in the custom garter business since 2000. We strive to process your order as quickly as it arrives while maintaining only the highest quality standards. We take extreme pride in every stitch, with each and every customer. If substitutions are necessary, we never assume it's okay, and will make every attempt to get your approval first while still meeting any deadlines. We will contact you if a delay is expected. We can work with even the most unique and unusual ideas and fabrics, including leather. We shop our vendors for special requests and offer alternatives, if what we find is not right for you. We're happy to use your heirloom or hem scrap fabrics as well if they will work well with the project. Pleasing our customers is what we do best! You'll find our service exceeds your expectations - and is second to none!

OUR PRODUCTS
We have one of the largest online selections of custom garters! Our products are custom made from quality, and many times, very unique materials. Every detail is taken into consideration. Although we can turn most garters around in a few days (Feb-June excluded), quality is ALWAYS priority, maintaining only the highest standards. If you need a slightly different color, style, slightly different twist to something you've seen on our site, please let us know, most changes can be accommodated with no additional fees.

SIZING
Although our garters are custom made to fit your actual thigh or arm size, they do fit a wide range of sizes. As long as you are close in your estimate, you should be okay. We don't want the garter cutting off your circulation or falling off which is why we ask for your actual size. Our garter prices are stated for garters up to 23". Any garter 24" and larger will require a 'plus sizing fee' of approximately $4.50. If stated "PLUS SIZE NOT AVAILABLE" this means it cannot be produced without a seam showing. If you are okay with a seam, feel free to contact us to see if plus sizing is possible with the garter of your choice.

DURING PROM SEASON (February 15th - June 30th), IT IS HIGHLY SUGGESTED THAT YOU ORDER YOUR GARTERS EARLY. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MEET ALL DEADLINES BUT APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING. WE ARE EXTREMELY BUSY DURING THIS TIME PERIOD AND CREATE YOUR GARTER ONLY AFTER IT HAS BEEN ORDERED.

Failure to select proper shipping method may POSTPONE and/or CANCEL the processing of your garter, ultimately missing your deadline!

KINDLY LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER (we do not share), especially with RUSH or EXPRESS garter orders. Failure to leave a phone number may delay and/or cancel your garter order. We cannot be responsible for making a decision regarding your order if we are unable to contact you.

WE CONSIDER THE VOLUME WE ARE EXPERIENCING AT THE TIME OF YOUR GARTER ORDER, DELIVERY DESTINATION AND DATE REQUIRED WHEN MAKING THE DECISION TO SUGGEST OR REQUIRE AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD AND DO IT ONLY IN ORDER TO MEET YOUR DEADLINE DURING HIGH VOLUME TIMES.

YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND/OR PHONE IF CHANGES OR FUTHER INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE YOUR GARTER ORDER. IF WE DON'T RECEIVE A RESPONSE, YOUR GARTER ORDER MAY BE CANCELLED.

Every garter has a large view and complete details so you get precisely what you expect. From petite to average to queen and plus sized garters, we attempt to make your garters exactly as you had pictured them. We have a huge selection of garters to choose from - firefighter, police, camo, military, Vegas & biker theme to name a few. You can purchase online 24/7. PAYMENTS
The quickest and easiest way to place your order and send your payment is by using the PayPal shopping cart found throughout our site, which automatically opens when you order your first item. Sales tax (if applicable) and all shipping/handling fees are also calculated. If you have unusual/unique requests, you may want to verify that we can accommodate your order by first phoning or emailing us. If however, we cannot accommodate your request, a refund and explanation will be given promptly. Some materials are readily available while others are very limited, and some are just one-of-a-kind and have not been removed from the site yet.

Alternately, if you encounter problems using our shopping cart, or have unique options that aren't addressed in our cart, we can email you an electronic invoice. Once you receive it, follow the instructions, and your payment will be submitted electronically. You DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE ORDERS. Shipping and handling fees are automatically calculated and included with your payment.
