We strive to process your order as quickly as it arrives while maintaining only the highest quality standards. We take extreme pride in every stitch, with each and every customer. If substitutions are necessary, we never assume it's okay, and will make every attempt to get your approval first while still meeting any deadlines. We will contact you if a delay is expected. We can work with even the most unique and unusual ideas. We shop our vendors for special requests and offer alternatives if what we find is not right for you. We're happy to use your heirloom or hem scrap fabrics as well. Pleasing our customers is what we do best! We are very proud to say, we haven't had an unhappy customer yet (that we are aware of)! Our products are custom made from quality, and many times, very unique materials. Every detail is taken into consideration. Although we can turn most garters around in a few days*, quality is ALWAYS priority, maintaining only the highest standards. If you need a slightly different color, style, slightly different twist to something you've seen on our site, please let us know, most alterations can be done with no additional fees.

PAYMENTS
The quickest and easiest way to place your order and send your payment is by using the PayPal shopping cart which automatically opens when you order your first item. Sales tax (if applicable) and all shipping/handling fees are also calculated. If you have unusual/unique requests, you may want to verify that we can accommodate your order by first phoning or emailing us. If however, we cannot accommodate your request, a refund and explanation will be given promptly. Some materials are readily available while others are very limited, and some are just one-of-a-kind and have not been removed from the site yet.

Alternately, if you encounter problems using our shopping cart, or have unique options that aren't addressed in our cart, we can email you an electronic invoice. Once you receive it, follow the instructions, and your payment will be submitted electronically. You DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE ORDERS.
