OUR GARTER ITEMS ARE CUSTOMIZED, MADE-TO-ORDER AND NON-RETURNABLE - so please make sure that you have looked over your order carefully before making a final decision to purchase, i.e., verify your shipping address, thigh size, date needed by, colors, product details, engraving details, etc. IT IS HIGHLY ADVISABLE TO LEAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER DURING THE ORDERING PROCESS IN CASE WE NEED QUICK VERIFICATION OR FURTHER INFORMATION TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER. Many orders are on a time deadline and we cannot be responsible for making a decision to remove a product from your order or canceling your entire order due to lack of information if we unable contact you. If you choose not to leave a phone number and a size is not specified, garter orders will ship as an average size garter. We do not share or sell your personal information with anyone! Ever! Colors may appear differently on different monitors, please go by the color stated below the item(s) and if there is any doubt, please question it. If the item appears red but states hot pink, PLEASE question it to be sure so that you are not stuck with a hot pink garter that you thought would be red.

If we send you the wrong item(s), we will replace them at absolutely no charge with comparably priced item(s) ONLY if the product(s) are returned to us in unopened, original package(s) with the seal(s) in tact and only after confirming that we will accept the product for return by first contacting us for package return instructions.

Our quality control efforts are apparent by the extra steps we take to insure the accuracy of every order. If by chance we do agree to the return of an item that has already been shipped, only the item amount will be refunded, we do not refund shipping and handling fees.

If you feel you may have received an item in error, DO NOT OPEN IT! Due to the nature of our garter products, WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCT FOR RETURN once it has been opened. Please phone or email us immediately.

Our Guarantee - 100% Satisfaction. No excuses. No hassle. If you are not absolutely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from Xpressions, simply return the item for a credit toward something else. Xpressions must be informed of any item being returned within 5 days from receipt of the order. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns after the 5 day notification period but within 30 days. We DO NOT disburse cash refunds, replacement or credit toward other items will be issued. Customers will be responsible for any and all freight charges associated with the order. Special orders cannot be returned.
